2020 week 25
Welcome to my weekly update.
As of week 12 I ‘m including a weekly COVID-19 statistics section (see below). Comparing the number of infections, number of recovered and number of deaths, by country and date might give some perspective on how long this pandemic will last and, besides the terrible human suffering, what impact this will have on the economy, the financial system, the stock markets and eventually the P2P market.
P2P Results
€49 was added to my total return this week. Returns are still very unstable. Most platform did not have any return this week. My total loss is now €1.692.
No deposits this week. Withdrew €500 from Housers, the amount is going to reinvested in CrowdrealEstate as this platform has less costs and no income tax. Due to the COVID-19 situation I will release some more funds within the P2P platforms in next couple of months. This is the first major stress test for most platforms and underlying lenders and time will tell how they get through these tough times.
Invested €50 on a 11% Estateguru project.

COVID-19 Update: 2020 week 25
Weekly COVID-19 update.
Comparing the number of infections, number of recovered and number of deaths, by country and date might give some perspective on how long this pandemic will last and besides the terrible human suffering what impact this will have on the economy, the financial system, the stock markets and eventually the P2P market.
There is a slight discrepancy between the World Health Organization map and the graph. This is due to the fact that the data does not run entirely in sync.
The numbers are still rising rapidly especially in Peru and Chile last week. Total number of infected people are now more then 8.9 million. We still have a long way to go and due the extended period of time, the global economy will be hit very hard.
