Today I received an e-mail from Monethera regarding problems with incoming deposits trough their bank account

Dear investors,
Due to temporary problems with the bank, temporarily, we suspended all incoming deposits.
All stipulated payments are made according to the schedule and in the usual mode. On our part, we once again want to assure you that there is no reason for concern.
This problem arose since a large number of investors make deposits using third-party platforms, such as Transferwise. However, they do not indicate the allocated account number. Subsequently, many of the investors are already confronted with the fact that the bank is requesting additional documents for confirmation when requesting a withdrawal of funds. This procedure entails temporary delays.
That is why in the information section on deposits on our website, there is a particular item that indicates the following: Make deposits only from a personal dedicated bank account.
We work in strict accordance with the AML policy, and this item fully complies with it.
All the problems will be fixed soon. Separately, we want to emphasize that all deposits that you potentially sent to our account number will be automatically deployed and returned to your account shortly.
