We are kindly informing you that we have resolved technical issues regarding balance status in the Investor’s cabinet. In the next 3 days the Finance and IT will restore balance information that was effective on March 31st, 2020.

However, for the projects that have been completed after 31st of March full calculations and procedure of withdrawals will be available in June along with the action plan for the investors.

The investors who tried to withdraw financial means from their Grupeer’s account after March 31st, 2020 might have experienced the issue. It was caused by the error with a link from Grupeer platform systems to financial tools and bank accounts, which are frozen.

Should you have any questions regarding your balance or withdrawals, we are kindly asking you to check out the hot FAQ, if you cannot find an answer there please contact us via e-mail support@grupeer.com. However, please note that as we have reduced our employee numbers, our response could be slower.

As we informed you before, Grupeer is carrying out a portfolio performance audit. It is one of the steps we are taking to protect the interests of our investors and stabilize the company.

Within the last few weeks as part of the portfolio performance audit we have reached out to all of Grupeer’s loan originators to conduct their financial health check. We will inform you about the results and further action plan for our investors in June.

Our main priority remains unchanged – to recover from the crisis in the best way possible for our investors.
